11. Add a little flour to clean water and stir into noodle soup. The ratio of water to flour is 10:1.

12. After the bottom of the dumplings is fried into a golden brown crust, add flour water, and the water level should reach one-third of the dumplings.

13. Cover the pot and continue frying over medium-low heat until the water becomes dry and the flour water has solidified into snowflakes.

14. Turn over and continue frying for a while, then turn off the heat and serve.
