7. After the bitter melon is stuffed, add a little oil to the pan over high heat and fry the bitter melon over medium heat.

8. Turn the wok in the middle to heat each bitter gourd evenly. After frying for about 2-3 minutes (the bottom of the bitter gourd is golden), add water or broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Cover the pot and simmer for about one minute before removing the lid to collect the juice.

9. Pick out the bitter melon and place it on a plate. Add half a bowl of water to the pot, add a little broth and starch to thicken it and pour it on the bitter melon.
