4. Cut the green and red peppers into strips, and cut the ginger into strips. Cut garlic stalks into small pieces

5. Heat the oil and add ginger and stir-fry. When the ginger changes color slightly, add the chili and garlic and stir-fry.

6. Add the blanched squid, add a little salt and continue frying for about two minutes.
