Preheat the oven in advance and bake it at 210 degrees for 40 minutes on the bottom layer. Then adjust to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. After baking, take it out and turn the cake upside down. Wait until the cake is completely cool before lifting it up so that it does not shrink.
