How to make fried okra

If we want to eat healthily, we need to cook our own meals. Only in this way can we be healthy. For this reason, I will first talk about the recipe of stir-fried okra.

1. Raw material picture. Dice the pork and marinate it for a few minutes with a little sugar, appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little starch. Wash and dice the okra, wash and cut the mushrooms into flower-shaped pieces, and set aside the eggs.

2.12 Beat the eggs and add a little water. They will be more tender when fried.

3.21 Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid and fry until done.

4. Use the remaining oil to fry the diced meat until it changes color and serve.

5. Heat another pan with oil, fry the mushrooms first, then add the okra.

6. Add appropriate amount of salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry briefly.

7. Add diced meat and stir-fry until almost cooked. (You can pour a little water and fry until dry.)

8. Add eggs and stir well. (I used some red pepper for garnish at the end. If you like spicy food, you can add it in the beginning.)

Seeing this, don’t be scared by the method of stir-frying okra introduced above. Although the process is a bit longer, it is very coherent when actually done. So just do it while it is still fresh in your memory.
