1. First, wash the fresh bayberries you bought, then take another clean basin, add a little salt, dissolve it, put the washed bayberries in, soak them in light salt water for 30 minutes, and then take them out and drain them! spare!

2.1 Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and continue to simmer. You can also adjust the amount of rock sugar by yourself. After the rock sugar melts, continue to simmer for about 30 minutes!

3.2 Take a clean pot, I use a stainless steel pot here, put in the soaked bayberry, and then add clean water. The amount of clean water here can be adjusted according to your own situation. If you like to drink a thicker taste, put less water, and if you like to drink a lighter taste, put more water! The amount of bayberry can be adjusted according to the situation of your own home, but the water must cover the bayberry! I put about 2 liters of water here!

4. Remove from the pot and let cool, then use a strainer to filter out impurities. If you don’t have a strainer, you can use gauze. After filtering out impurities, put them in a sealed jar or bottle and refrigerate. When you’re ready to drink, just take them out and drink! ~Hehe~
