How to make five-spice salty pork dumplings

Then stir-fry over high heat until it becomes a little sticky and serve. (This is to prevent the materials from getting loose when wrapping the zongzi, making it easier to wrap)

7. Take two pieces of zongzi leaves, overlap them with the smooth side facing upwards, and fold them into a funnel shape from the 1/3 position at the tip of the leaf.

8. Scoop in a spoonful of rice, put a piece of fresh meat on it, then scoop in another spoonful of rice and press it tightly with a spoon. (Be careful not to fill it too full, leave some distance between the edge of the rice and the edge of the rice leaf)

9. Use your index finger and thumb to fold the leaves on both sides toward the middle, then fold the remaining leaves down, and fold the protruding parts to the sides. Remember to apply some strength with your hands, and finally tie them firmly with water grass.

10. Finally, put it into the pot and pour in clean water. The water must cover all the dumplings. Bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to medium heat and cook for two hours. Add water once or twice during the process to ensure that the rice dumplings are completely covered with water.
