1. Weigh the ingredients into the pot and start to boil the sugar over high heat. Stir the sugar during the whole process to prevent it from burning.

5. Pour the sugar liquid into the mold (it is hot, so you can wear anti-scalding gloves when doing this). It doesn’t matter if the sugar becomes dry at the end, as long as you put it all into the mold.

6. Bake in the oven at 120 degrees for 5 minutes and the sugar will be very smooth. Remove from heat and let cool (you can also put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes)

7. Take it out of the mold and wrap it in beautiful candy paper. (I used the Swiss candy wrapper, you can also use the White Rabbit candy wrapper, depending on your personal preference)
