7.2 Then cut the sliced ​​watermelon rind into strips. You don’t have to cut it very thinly. If you are too lazy to cut it into strips, you don’t have to cut it into strips. 12. Bring the water to a boil and blanch the yuba. I like to eat it soft, so I boiled it for more than 5 minutes. Actually, it should be cooked in about 3 minutes.

14. After blanching, serve them out for later use. It is best to find a window to let them cool down.

15. Cut the square leg into slices and then into shreds. If you like the vegetarian version or don't have it at home, you can leave it out. You can also replace it with corn sausage, barbecued pork, round ham, ham sausage, whatever you have.

16. The watermelon shreds keep releasing water. You have to pour out all the water. Then you will find that the watermelon shreds slowly become soft... If there is no red part, it will look like the texture of cucumber~
