1. Ingredients: papaya (I cut a quarter of it before and ate it, so there was too much left), white sugar, rock sugar

2. Peel and seed the papaya, cut it into pieces, and marinate it with sugar for about an hour.

3. Pour the papaya into the cooking pot without adding water. The water has already been released after being marinated with white sugar.

4. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat. Use a spoon to squeeze the papaya while cooking to make it soft.

5. When the wood pipe is about to break, add rock sugar and continue stirring.

6. It is done when the rock sugar melts and the papaya is completely thick.

7. After the papaya has cooled down, put it into a clean bottle. A bottle of delicious papaya jam is ready.
