How to cook pork with spring vegetables and cumin

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of cooking pork with spring vegetables and cumin.

1. Chop the onion and garlic and set aside. Cut the pork into cubes and then cut into slices of appropriate thickness.

2. Add eggs to the pork.

3. Mix cooking wine, a little salt, pepper, bean paste, garlic and ginger powder and marinate for 5-10 minutes

4. While marinating the pork, you can also prepare the lettuce: wash and cut into strips.

5. Pour 100ml of oil into the pot, heat it over high heat, add the marinated meat slices, spread them out evenly, turn to medium heat and fry the meat slices until they change color and are cooked through, then remove from the pan, drain the oil and set aside.

6. Clean the pot, pour in the remaining 50 ml of oil, add dried chilies, pour in the drained pork slices, sprinkle with cumin, stir-fry evenly over high heat for about 5 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG to taste, and serve.

7. Put the fried meat slices and lettuce slices into a large bowl, mix well, sprinkle with appropriate amount of chili powder and prepared chopped green onions and it's done!

It is not difficult to understand how to make pork with spring vegetables and cumin, but it is not very easy to make it well. This requires our own attention and diligent practice.
