How to make electric cake

There are many ways to make cakes. It does not mean that you must have an oven to make cakes. If you have an electric pancake rack at home, you can also make delicious cakes. The production method is relatively simple and can be eaten as breakfast. Here you can eat it as a regular dessert. The main ingredients are eggs, milk, white sugar, etc. When choosing flour, it is best to choose low-gluten flour. Separate the egg white and egg yolk, and beat the egg white.

How to make electric cake

1. Separate the yolk and egg white of two eggs. Make sure the basin is wiped dry and there should not be any water or yolk in the egg white.

2. Add a little salt and a spoonful of white sugar to the egg white, beat in one direction with a whisk for about two minutes, then add another spoonful of white sugar and continue beating until it becomes hard foam. As shown below:

3. Add one spoonful of sugar, one and a half spoonfuls of flour, half a spoonful of starch, and four spoonfuls of milk to the egg yolk, and stir evenly with a spoon. Be careful not to stir in one direction, as this will make the flour firm and the cake will not be soft. As shown below:

4. Add half of the beaten egg white into the egg yolk liquid and stir it evenly with a spoon; then add the other half and stir evenly in the same way. As shown below:

5. Preheat the electric baking pan with oil and turn off the switch. Wait for the oil smoke to dissipate, put in the prepared egg liquid and cover the lid. Turn on the switch after three minutes and turn it off after forty seconds. Repeat twice. Do not open the lid or press it hard. (It is best to keep the lid lifted up, but not too hot, otherwise it will get burnt.) 6. Finally, turn on the electric baking pan and the delicious cake is ready. All the children around me love it, so try it.

Method 2

1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white first. There must be no water or oil in the bowl where the egg white is placed. It must be wiped dry. Remember~ 2. Start beating the egg white with chopsticks or a whisk (I don’t have a whisk, so I use chopsticks). Add 1 spoon of sugar to the egg white and start beating the egg white for about 2 minutes. Continue to add 1 spoon of sugar until the egg white turns white and hard, and the bowl will not fall when it is turned upside down (you can’t stop in the middle, it’s a little painful! But thinking of the delicious cake, just bear with it! Hehe! I used chopsticks to beat for more than 20 minutes. It would be faster to use a whisk. Now there are also electric ones, which are faster!)

3. Put 4 spoons of milk in the bowl with egg yolks (I used the small bags of pure milk sold in supermarkets, about 250ml, 3 yuan), add 1.5 spoons of flour, 1 spoon of sugar, a little salt (to make the cake sweeter), and then start to stir evenly (the stirring direction cannot always be in one direction, but keep changing the direction, so that the cake will be softer and more delicious)

4. Next, put half of the beaten egg whites into the bowl with egg yolks, and start to stir it up and down slowly to evenly mix it. Finally, pour the remaining egg whites into the bowl with egg yolks, and then stir it up and down slowly to evenly mix it in the same way. ok! You are all set! Next we start baking the cake! 5. Turn on the electric pancake stall and rub oil on the upper and lower trays of the stall. You can apply a little more oil, but not too much. Turn on the power and let the stall heat up. Turn off the heat after the oil is hot. Wait for the oil smoke to dissipate, then slowly pour the prepared cake batter into the stall. Use a spoon to gently spread it evenly, then cover the lid (do not turn on the fire during this process), and then look at the time, 3 minutes 6. After 3 minutes, turn on the switch (the fire cannot be too big), only need to turn on the switch for 40 seconds, then turn off the heat, and wait for 3 minutes (the lid of the stall cannot be opened during the whole process) 7. After 3 minutes, turn on the switch for 40 seconds, then turn off the heat, and wait for 3 minutes (the lid of the stall cannot be opened). ok! The cake is out of the oven in 3 minutes!
