Add the sauce from step 4 and stir-fry. 8. Add boiling water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, transfer to an electric pressure cooker and simmer for 30 minutes. (If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can simmer on low heat for more than 1 hour.) 9. Transfer to a wok and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.
