How to make braised mushrooms and crispy pork

1. Prepare the ingredients. The pork can be minced in advance.

2.1 Mix diced mushrooms with minced meat, eggs, starch, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper oil, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence and pepper powder, stir well and set aside. If it is too thin, add more starch, otherwise, add less starch.

3.2 Wash the mushrooms, cut into small cubes, squeeze out the water and set aside.

5.2 Heat up a pan with a little oil. When the oil is 60% cooked, put the mixed mushroom and meat filling into the pan and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown. The shape is random. 6. Leave some oil in the pan, sauté chopped green onion, minced garlic, and add cooking wine.

7. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and water and bring to a boil.

8. Pour the cut meat patties into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce is reduced. Add salt and chicken essence, then serve.
