How to make lamb kebabs in the oven

1. Wash the fresh mutton and fat mutton

2. Cut the meat into pieces about 2 cm in size

3. Add seasonings to the meat, such as salt, cumin powder, chili powder, etc. (you can also buy special seasonings). Stir the mixture and let it sit for 30-60 minutes.

4. Use bamboo sticks to skewer the mutton, alternating between fat and lean pieces.

5. Place the skewered lamb on the baking tray or grill in the oven.

6. Make sure the oven temperature knob is at "180 degrees"; the function knob is at "upper and lower tube heating", and turn the time knob to 10 minutes

7. After 10 minutes, the lamb skewers can be taken out and eaten.
