Olive Vegetable Minced Pork Beans Recipe

1.1 Wash the cowpeas, pinch off the heads and tails, and cut into small pieces. If you like, you can also cut them into cubes. Blanch the cowpeas for three minutes, then drain and place on a plate for later use.

2.2 Prepare the ingredients, just buy the minced meat. Olives are generally sold in supermarkets.

3. Stir-fry the minced meat directly. Pork itself is high in oil, so you can add no oil or a little oil, and add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Then when the meat turns white, add a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma and two spoonfuls of olive paste. These two ingredients will make it oily enough.

4. Add cowpea and continue stir-frying for three minutes, pour in light soy sauce for color, and add a little sugar to enhance the flavor. A small amount of sugar can make the salty and fresh taste more prominent.

5. Stir-fry for three to five minutes until it changes color and becomes fragrant. Then it can be served without adding salt or oil, because the olive paste itself is very salty and the Lao Gan Ma oil is also very strong. Of course, if you have a stronger taste, you can add more seasoning.
