1. First, cut the cooked conch meat into slices, remove the old stalks of the cabbage leaves and tear them into slices, slice the green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the green pepper into slices;

2.1 Add salt to the cabbage slices and stir-fry. When the olive slices become soft and a little water is released, add the conch slices and green and red pepper slices and stir-fry together. Cover the pot and simmer for a while.

3.2 Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, add onion, ginger, garlic slices, and dried chili slices, and stir-fry until fragrant, then add cabbage slices

4. Open the lid after about a minute, add rice vinegar and chicken powder, stir-fry, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
