How to make minced meat frozen tofu

5. Chop the onion, ginger, garlic, shallot and small red pepper.

9. Add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

10. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat.

11. Add the frozen tofu, bring to a boil, cover with lid and simmer on low heat.

12. Wait until the soup is completely absorbed by the frozen tofu.

13. Add chopped green onion, half a spoonful of chicken essence and MSG and stir-fry evenly.

14. Remove from the pan and serve.
