Authentic recipe for salt-baked chicken wings

Method 1:

Wash the chicken wings and dry-fry them in a pan without adding oil for a while until the oil comes out and the color turns slightly golden. Add water until it covers the chicken wings, put in the salt-baked chicken powder, cook until the water is dry, remove from the heat and serve.

Method 2:

Fry the chicken wings with oil and ginger until they turn slightly golden. Add some wine and stir-fry to bring out the wine aroma, add water, enough to cover the chicken wings, add light soy sauce, cook until the water is dry, remove from the heat and serve.

Method 3:

1. Mix the chicken wings with salt-baked chicken powder and marinate for 20 minutes;

2. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic, and stir-fry the white sesame seeds; add vinegar, sesame oil and oyster sauce to make a sauce. (If you like spicy food, you can add chili sauce)

3. Put a small amount of oil in the rice cooker and spread it evenly. Preheat the oil slightly. When the oil is slightly hot, put in the marinated chicken wings, cover the lid and start cooking.

4. After switching to the keep warm state, simmer for 5 minutes, turn the chicken wings over and switch back to the cooking state. After switching to the keep warm state, simmer for 5 minutes.

After repeating this process twice, the chicken wings are cooked. This process takes about 20 minutes.

1. Wash the chicken wings, dry them with kitchen paper, and make a few cuts on the back (to make it easier for the flavor to absorb).

2. Apply salt-baked chicken powder evenly on the surface of the chicken wings and marinate for about an hour.

3. Pour oil into the rice cooker. The oil should be evenly distributed on the bottom of the pot, about 3 mm deep.

4. Then add a few slices of ginger and cover the bottom of the pot.

5. Brush a layer of oil on the surface of the marinated chicken wings, then place them on the ginger slices with the front side facing up.

6. Press the cook button, and when it jumps to the keep warm button, turn the chicken wings over, then press the cook button again. When it jumps to the keep warm button for the second time, do not rush to open the lid, continue to simmer for about 5 minutes before serving.

Method 5:

1. Wash the chicken wings and dry them. Cut the surface a few times with a knife or poke holes with a fork and set aside. Chop the ginger, onion and garlic and set aside.

2. Heat the mixture of oil and sesame oil, add ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat. Let it cool slightly, then add about half a packet of salt-baked chicken powder and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and mix well. [3]

4. Take the marinated chicken wings, pour the seasoning into the rice cooker, press the cooking button to heat it up until fragrant, then put in the chicken wings, cover the pot and simmer.

5. Turn the rice over 1-2 times during the cooking process. If you skip the cooking button, wait for a while and continue to cook. Do not open the lid after the key jumps for the second time, and continue to simmer with residual heat for 5-10 minutes.

6. Add the washed rice and appropriate amount of water to cook the rice, it will become very delicious chicken rice. After the rice button jumps, you can add the baked chicken wings and rice and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Tastes better!
