Main ingredients: lotus leaf cake, chicken drumstick, lettuce, tomato, onion

Accessories: salad dressing, eggs, fried chicken powder

1. Debone the chicken thighs and cut them into strips 1cm wide and 4cm long. Dice the onion, slice the tomatoes, wash the lettuce, drain and set aside.

2. Put the chopped chicken strips into the beaten egg, coat them evenly with the egg, then dip them in fried chicken powder and prepare to fry.

3. Take a deeper pot, pour in oil, when the oil temperature is 80% hot, put the chicken strips in one by one, fry until golden brown and then take out

4. At the same time, pour water into the steamer and heat it over high heat. When the water starts to boil, put in the lotus leaf cake and steam it for half a minute. After steaming, put the pancake into an oil-free frying pan and fry it over the lowest heat until one side is colored.

5. Place lettuce, chicken strips, onion shreds, tomatoes on the baked tortilla, squeeze on salad dressing, roll it up and serve.

Chicken Burrito Recipe

1Sieve the flour, add eggs, salt, salad oil, and milk, mix well into a batter, and let it stand for 20 minutes;

2 Heat the pan, use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan, and turn the pan to spread the batter evenly on the pan;

3Heat on low heat for about 3 minutes, turn over, and heat on low heat for about 1 minute;

4. Dice the chicken breast, add salt, black pepper and white wine, marinate for more than ten minutes, and coat with potato starch;

5. When the oil in the pan is hot, add the chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked. Set aside.

6 Wash the lettuce, peel and dice the tomatoes, and dice the cheddar cheese. Place them on the tortilla in order, pour salad dressing and ketchup on them, and roll them up. You can also cut them into small pieces.
