10. Turn the crust over when the bottom turns golden brown.

11. After the other side is fried, lift the pancake and drain the oil slightly.

12. Place the pancake on the dough board and brush the sauce on the top of the pancake, trying to let the sauce penetrate into the folds.

13. Cut into large cubes.
