1. Prepare ingredients: dice chicken, add starch and egg white and mix well. Peel and chop tomatoes, dice onions, and blanch mushrooms and dice.

2. Heat the oil to 40%, add the chicken and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove from the heat and set aside. Fry onions in oil

3. After the onion is fried, add the tomato and continue to fry for a while, then add appropriate amount of salt and simmer over low heat until the tomato becomes a sauce

4. Add corn kernels and diced mushrooms and season. Add appropriate amount of sugar and salt. Finally add the diced chicken. Sprinkle some black pepper

5. The sauce is ready

6. Cook the noodles: Add a little salt to the pot and cook the noodles for less than five minutes. Then turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while and then take out.

7. Pour tomato chicken sauce on it, it tastes very refreshing!
