Fried pork with onion

Main ingredients : 1 onion, about 3 taels of lean pork, auxiliary ingredients: 5ml soy sauce, 2 spoons of starch, 3ml cooking wine, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of chicken essence, and 6ml cooking oil. A little bit of ginger.
