How to make dumplings and omelette rice

1. Dice the lean meat and marinate it with a little cooking wine and oyster sauce for a while. Dice the carrots, dice the ham, soak the dried mushrooms in advance and dice them. Also prepare corn kernels and green beans.

7. Next, add the rice and a little salt, stir-fry until the rice grains are loose and cooked through, then add a little chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, set aside.

8. Beat the eggs, add a little bit of water starch, stir evenly, and filter.

9. After preheating the pan, brush a thin layer of oil on it, turn off the heat, pour in the egg liquid, turn the pan into a round pancake shape, and then fry over medium heat until the bottom is set. (Leave a little bit of egg liquid here, don’t pour it all, it will be useful later)

10. Place the fried rice on 1/2 of the egg skin.

11. Cover with the other half of the egg skin.

12. Finally, pour the remaining egg liquid slowly along the joint of the two egg skins to seal it. Completed.
