1. Pick and wash the wild celery

14. Turn over and continue frying for a while, then turn off the heat and serve. You can also put it upside down on the plate without turning it over, and it will become icy fried dumplings. I like to fry the other side of the dumplings to make them crispy, so turn them over and fry them again.
