So for the sake of health, we must eat healthily. To eat healthily, it is best for us to cook for ourselves. Now, please learn from me how to make the Italian dessert ~ Tiramisu.

1.12 Materials required as shown in the figure

2.2115g gelatin powder plus 60g cold boiled water to make a paste; (Gelatin powder is more convenient and easier to use than gelatin flakes, so I used gelatin powder)

3.1 Put the mascarpone cheese in a large plate, stir over low heat until it melts smoothly without any particles.

4. Add 220g of instant coffee and hot water to make about 150ml of coffee. After it is warm, add 10ml of coffee liquor and mix well to make coffee liquor. Pour out 15ml for later use.

5.1 Take another large bowl and pour the milk into it. Continue to heat it over low heat and add sugar to dissolve.

6.2 Stir and dissolve until smooth and free of particles. Remove and set aside

7.1 Add the Geely powder in turn and stir until dissolved. Then pour in 15ml of the prepared coffee liquor and stir well.

8.2 While the water is still warm, pour in the beaten egg yolks quickly, stirring as you pour. Remove from the water and continue stirring until evenly mixed.

9. When the temperature drops slightly, pour into the mascarpone cheese paste and mix well for later use;

10. Put the whipped cream into a large plate and beat it until it is 60% to 70% fluffy (it will not flow).

11. Add the whipped cream to the cheese paste in 3-4 batches and stir it up and down to make a uniform and smooth cream cheese paste (do not stir clockwise or make circles forcefully).

12. Brush the remaining coffee liquor on both sides of the finger biscuits until they are all brushed. Then spread the biscuits on the bottom of the container.

13. Pour in the cream cheese paste and refrigerate for about 3 hours

14. Use a hair dryer to blow hot air around the mold to make it easier to remove the mold.

15. Use a sieve to evenly sift the cocoa powder, so it is 0k

16. If you want to give it as a gift, you can use a cake spray mold and place it on a cake sprinkled with cocoa powder.

17. Sprinkle with powdered sugar using a sieve

18. Gently remove the spray mold, and the beautiful tiramisu is ready
