How to make lard and chopped green onion pancakes

15. Pour the prepared lard into the pot and heat it thoroughly.

16. When the oil is hot, carefully put a piece of rolled dough in. Use chopsticks to gently move the dough. When one side turns yellow, turn it over and fry the other side.

17. When the back side turns golden brown, take out the pancake and place it against the edge of the pan to drain the oil. Put it on a plate and sprinkle some sugar on it while it is still hot.
