How to make cabbage fried noodles

The method of making cabbage fried noodles is relatively simple and not troublesome to make, so don’t worry.

1. Ingredients: thick noodles;

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, then cook the noodles;

3. Take out and soak in cold water until cool;

4. Shred the cabbage;

5. Rinse with clean water and set aside;

6. Cut the lean pork into strips and soak them in water to make the blood flow;

7. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt and starch;

8. Stir evenly with chopsticks and marinate for 10 minutes;

9. Heat the pan with cold oil and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil;

10. Stir-fry the shredded pork until cooked;

11. Take out and set aside;

12. Add the cabbage into the pan and stir-fry;

13. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry;

14. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, sugar, salt and chicken essence for seasoning;

15. Pour the shredded pork into the pot;

16. Stir-fry until the flavor is evenly absorbed;

17. Sprinkle with chopped green onions;

18. Finished product;
