How to make scallion shortbread

1.1 Take an appropriate amount of dough, roll it into a thin dough sheet and evenly apply vegetable oil.

2.2 Use chopsticks to add boiling water to the flour and stir it into floc-like snow-like blocks. Then add appropriate amount of cold water to knead it into dough and let it rest for 1 hour.

3.1 Then carefully roll the dough into a cylindrical shape, gently rotate it to tighten and slightly stretch it.

4.2 Sprinkle a little salt, five-spice powder and chopped green onion on the dough and spread it evenly. Then use a rolling cutter or knife to make cuts of equal width on the dough, but do not cut off the edges.

5.Rotate the cylindrical column in a spiral shape.

6. Then roll it into a ball and flatten it.

7. Use a rolling pin to roll it into round shapes.

8. Put a large amount of oil in the pan. After the oil is heated, put the dough into the pan and fry it. Make sure one side is fried until golden brown before frying the other side. Otherwise, the color will not look good if you turn it over frequently, and it will not be crispy.

9. Wrap the fried pancake with kitchen paper or paper towel to absorb the oil, then fluff it while it is still hot and serve.
