Production process;

500g salad oil, 12kg Haitian oyster sauce, 400g Huadiao wine, 15g salt, 20g MSG,

Pour salad oil into the pot and heat it to 30% hot, add the washed ingredients (medium spicy or slightly spicy), stir-fry until fragrant, add oyster sauce, Huadiao wine, salt, and MSG, simmer on low heat until bubbling evenly.
