How to make scallion pork floss bread

6. When the dough expands to 2-2.5 times its original size again, the final fermentation is over.

7. Brush a layer of egg wash on the dough, then use a fork to evenly poke some holes on the dough (to prevent uneven bulging during baking), sprinkle some chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and move to the oven.

8. Preheat to 180 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes

After it cools down, use a knife to cut off the uneven edges, then cut the bread in half, spread mayonnaise on the cut piece, add your favorite meat floss, and spread some mayonnaise on the other piece. Put the two pieces of bread together, press them a few times, and then cut them into the size and shape you like. Then you can eat it.
