6.2 When the egg white foam is relatively fine, add 1/3 sugar and continue to stir at high speed until the egg white is basically beaten into fluffy foam. Add the remaining sugar and continue to beat until wet foam, that is, use the whisk head to pick up some egg white paste and it is in a state that it can bend gently.

7. Then pour in the mixed carrots and cheese

8. Apply some butter or unflavored corn oil to the cake mold in advance to make it easier to demould. Pour the cake batter into the mold and tap the mold a few times to get rid of the air.

9. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. When the time is almost up, you can poke a toothpick into the center of the cake, gently twist it and pull out the toothpick. If there is no crumbs on it, it means it is cooked. It should be noted that because this cake contains a lot of carrots and cheese, there will be slight cracks on the surface after baking, but it doesn’t matter.

10. After the cake is baked, take it out and let it cool naturally, then put it in a fresh-keeping bag or lunch box for storage, and take it out when eating to keep the moisture of the cake
