This method of making it is quick and simple and can be done by yourself. You only need to prepare the ingredients and liquid nitrogen that are difficult to prepare. Combine the pre-prepared fruit liquid with liquid nitrogen, and then stir the liquid nitrogen ice cream to make it. Smoke is continuously released during the stirring process, which is why liquid nitrogen ice cream is called "smoke ice cream". This method is simple to make, and the taste retains the original flavor of the ice cream to a large extent. Consumers can experience "smoke ice cream" at home. Smoking ice cream, liquid nitrogen ice cream and smoke ice cream are actually the same product and there is not much difference.

How to make smoke ice cream :

1. Stir milk, cream, sugar, water and flavoring, with milk and cream being the main components, in a ratio of about 10:9.

2. Prepare to inject liquid nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen is the liquid state of nitrogen. It will quickly turn into gas in the air and take away heat.

3. Pour in liquid nitrogen and stir until the liquid forms.

4. After the liquid nitrogen evaporates, what is left is ice cream.

5. Sprinkle with fruits and add decorative sugar to finish.
