1. Put flour, salt, sugar and yeast into a mixing bowl and mix well.

2. Add soy milk, do not add all at once, leave some to adjust the hardness of the dough.

3. Stir until it becomes flocculent and let it stand for about 10 minutes.

4. Start beating the dough until it reaches the expansion stage.

5. Add corn oil in batches, waiting until the dough has fully absorbed it before adding the next batch.

6. Beat until fully expanded.

7. Roll into a ball for basic fermentation.

8. When it has fermented to 2 to 2.5 times its original size, poke a small hole in it. The dough should not shrink or collapse, which is just right.

9. After exhausting the air, divide it into three portions, roll into balls, and relax for 15 minutes.

10. Roll up.

11. Enter the mold.

12. Finally, let it ferment until it is 80% full and cover the toast box.

13. Bake at 170 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove from the mold immediately after baking and cool on a wire rack.
