How to cook Kung Pao Chicken

1. Dice the chicken breast, peel the ginger and garlic and cut them into small slices, chop the green onion into small pieces, and crack the eggs to get the egg white;

2. Mix the diced chicken with appropriate amount of egg white, salt, soy sauce and water starch;

3. Take an empty bowl and mix appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, sweet rice wine, water starch and broth into the sauce;

4. Heat the wok, add a proper amount of oil, and pour the marinated chicken into the wok;

5. Use a spoon to quickly spread the chicken over high heat. When the chicken cubes change color, serve immediately.

6. Leave some oil in the pot, add the spicy glutinous rice cake into the pot, and stir-fry until fragrant;

7. Add appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce, garlic slices and ginger slices into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant;

8. Add the fried diced chicken into the pan;

9. After quick stir-frying, pour the sauce into the pot;

10. Stir-fry quickly again until evenly combined;

11. Turn off the heat immediately after stir-frying evenly, and pour in the chopped green onions;

12. Lift the wok and shake it twice.
