How to make Japanese tofu with shrimp

Nowadays, many office workers bring their own lunch. Although it’s not very good, it’s enough to make people in the office envious. Next, we will introduce to you the Japanese tofu with fresh shrimp. If you study hard, you won’t have to envy others in the future.

1.1 Wash the shrimps, remove the heads and skins, open the backs and remove the black lines

2.2 Wash the vegetables: peel the lettuce and carrots and cut them into slices for later use

3. Put the processed lettuce, carrots and shrimp into the cooking box, add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.

4. Cut the Japanese tofu into 1 cm thick slices and put them into the cooking box. Add another teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and mix them slightly (it doesn’t matter if it’s not mixed well, you will add water later)

5. Cover the box and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes on medium heat.

6. Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of starch and an appropriate amount of white pepper to half a cup of water, stir evenly with a spoon, pour into the soup box, cover the lid, and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.
