Vegan Avocado Walnut Mousse Recipe

1. Soak the walnut kernels in clean water

4. Roast the whole walnut kernels over low heat until fragrant

Add maple syrup, a little sea salt and coconut milk to ingredients 6.5 and blend in a food processor until smooth into mousse filling

7. Pour the mousse filling into the tart crust and scrape it evenly with a flat spatula.

8. Evenly add the roasted walnut kernels and refrigerate until firm.

9. Take out the refrigerated mousse tower and use a hair dryer to heat the pie plate

10. Use bamboo sticks and forks to help you take out the mousse tower completely.
