How to make seven star fish balls

11. Put the fish paste in a container, add about 1/3 of the fish paste with water, corn starch and salt, and stir vigorously until evenly mixed.

12. After beating vigorously, the fish paste protein will become gelatinous and transparent; add a little lard and stir evenly for later use.

13. Apply a little melted lard on your hands, take appropriate amount of fish paste, wrap the filling, and roll into a ball.

14. Place the casserole on the fire, pour in the broth and heat until warm.

15. Add the fish balls into the pot one by one and bring to a boil over high heat. After the protein on its surface is relatively solidified, use the back of a hand spoon to gently push along the edge of the pot to prevent the meatballs from sticking to the bottom of the pot and damaging their shape.

16. After skimming off the foam, simmer over medium-low heat until the fish balls are just cooked through. Pour into a soup bowl and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion, pepper and sesame oil.
