1. Use Erguotou to stick the salted egg yolk evenly, bake in the oven at 200℃ for 7 minutes, take it out and soak it in cooking oil for later use

2. Mix the invert sugar syrup, soap water and corn oil evenly, pour in the low-gluten flour and mix well into a dough, wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour

3. Divide the lotus seed paste into 40g pieces. Remove the egg yolk from the oil and wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel.

4. Wrap an egg yolk in each portion of lotus paste

5. Divide the relaxed dough into 25g pieces and fill them with egg yolk and lotus seed paste filling

6. Sprinkle flour on the mooncake mold, press the mooncake into flower shapes and place it on the baking tray
