How to make salt-baked stuffed clams

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making salt-baked stuffed clams.

1. Put the purchased clams into clean water, cut a millet pepper and put it into the water to let the clams spit out the sand. Use a knife to carefully open the clam shells, take out the clam meat, and wash the clam shells for later use.

2. Chop the mussel meat with a knife, mix it with minced pork, add chopped green onion, ginger, cooking wine and water starch and mix well

3. Stuff the clam meat back into the shell, being careful not to fill it too full, and close the shell.

4. Put the sea salt in a wok and slowly heat it up over medium-low heat. Try it with your hand and if it feels hot, you can use it.

5. Pour some sea salt into the prepared casserole, place the stuffed clams neatly on the sea salt, sprinkle with chopped onions, and cover.

6. Add the remaining sea salt to the chili pepper and continue to fry until hot. Pour it on the clams, completely covering them. Cover and bake for ten minutes. Open the lid, take out the clams, pick out the clam meat and eat.
