Instructions for making vegetarian steamed buns

Method/Process

Prepare food in advance: 1000 grams of cabbage, 150 grams of soaked oyster mushrooms, 50 grams of chopped green onions, 1 gram of salt, and 5 grams of white pepper.

15 grams of white sugar, 15 grams of chicken essence, 50 grams of sesame oil, wash the cabbage and cut it into powder.

After marinating with salt, squeeze out the water, cut the soaked oyster mushrooms into fine sand, and mix the soaked oyster mushroom grains and cabbage.

Add chopped green onion, salt, white pepper, sugar, chicken essence and sesame oil, and stir until done.

Raw materials: wheat flour, amaranth, tofu, eggs, dried shrimps, sweet potato vermicelli, oil, salt, five-spice powder, onion, ginger, and yeast.

Method process:

Step 1. Start kneading the dough according to the number of people in your family and their appetite. Add yeast, five-treasure powder and wheat flour and knead until the surface is smooth!

Step 2: Place it in a warm place and let it sit for a while until the surface shows a honeycomb shape, then you can take it out and put it on the control panel.

Step 3: Chop the ginger and garlic and set aside.

Step 4: Cut the tofu into small cubes, put it into the pot and cut it. Crush the eggs, put them into the pot and stir-fry them and set aside.

Step 5: Soak the sweet potato vermicelli, chop it into pieces, put it into the pot and mix it.

Step 6. Put the chopped amaranth and fried eggs into the pot, add salt, five-spice powder and sesame oil seasoning.

Step 7. Add appropriate amount of dried shrimp skin and mix it. It will taste more delicious.

Step 8. Cut the batter into small pieces of suitable size, roll out the dumpling skins, put the prepared vegetarian fillings in, and wrap them up. Let the dumplings rest for 30 minutes.

Step 9. Put it in the pot and steam it for 25-30 minutes. Now you can serve it. Try it now.

Tips:

You can add some sesame oil when mixing the stuffing, and you can also add a little bit of white sugar. If you have a bad spleen and stomach, and suffer from obesity and edema, you can add a few packets of five-treasure powder to the flour. This way, it has the aroma of whole grains and dates, and is very delicious!
