5. Add red pepper, pour in a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, sprinkle in a little salt and chicken powder, pour in oyster sauce along the side of the pot, and stir-fry quickly.

6. Finally, pour in the scallions and continue to stir-fry until all the clams are popped. Then turn off the heat and serve.

7. The delicious stir-fried clams are ready.
