raw material:

200 grams of flour (white flour), 2 grams of yeast, 20 grams of warm water (about 37 degrees, i.e. hand temperature), and 110 grams of milk.

Oil, chili sauce (or sweet chili sauce, sweet noodle sauce), barbecue seasonings in appropriate amounts, cooked donkey meat (sliced), cucumber (sliced), and Thousand Island sauce.

practice:

1. Put the yeast in a small bowl, add warm water, stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Put the flour into a bowl, make a hole in the middle, and pour in yeast water and milk.

3. First mix the yeast water and milk and stir evenly, then add the flour in circles from the inside to the outside, stir until the liquid and flour are blended, then knead the dough evenly (the three polishes: polished basin, polished surface, and polished hands).

4. Take out the dough and knead it on the chopping board for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and soft. Roll it into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size.

5. Take out the dough and knead it thoroughly for more than 10 minutes to expel excess bubbles. Finally, knead it into long strips, divide it into six equal parts, roll them into balls one by one, flatten them, and use a crutches to roll them into round pancakes.

6. Finally, let the sugar rise for about 20 minutes. Use a fork to poke a few holes on the surface (throughout) and place them on the steamer.

7. Turn on the fire, and after the steam comes up over high heat, switch to medium-low heat and steam for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and take out after 5 minutes.

8. Brush a thin layer of oil on both sides of each pancake, apply sauce, and sprinkle with barbecue powder.

9. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 5 minutes until the surface is slightly colored.

10. Take out the baked cakes, cut them horizontally, and add donkey meat slices and cucumber slices.

Donkey meat is extremely nutritious. Every 100 grams of donkey meat contains 27 grams of protein. Its protein content is higher than that of beef and pork, while the fat content is very low. It is a typical high-protein, low-fat food. Donkey meat also contains carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron and various amino acids needed by the human body. The unique nitrogen extracts in donkey meat not only increase appetite, but also increase the aroma and taste of the meat.
