How to make stuffed shrimp and radish

For many foodies, seeing delicious food is their greatest happiness. So today I will give you a chance to learn how to make this shrimp and radish stuffed dish with me. I believe that it will taste even better when you do it yourself!

1.1: Prepare the ingredients: pork (fat and lean), shrimp, white radish

2.2: Remove the shrimp shells and shrimp threads, wash and drain, then chop into paste

3.3: Leave a small part of the shrimp tail for decoration, wash and drain, then marinate with a little cooking wine and salt

4.4: Mince the pork

5.5: Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, pepper, chopped ginger and scallion to minced meat and shrimp paste 6: Mix well (don’t make the taste too light, as the radish will absorb some of the saltiness later)

6.7: Peel the radish and cut it into even-sized pieces, then use a melon baller or spoon to hollow out the middle. (If you don’t want to break the radish, try to dig it out as deep as possible so that the radish can easily absorb the flavor)

7.8: Fill the hollowed-out radish with minced meat, then add the shrimp tails, and steam in cold water for about seven or eight minutes.

8.9: After steaming, the radish will release water. Use the steamed soup to thicken the radish and pour it over the dish.

Although the dish of stuffed shrimp and radish is simple to make, if you have never cooked and don’t understand it, you might as well ask your elders. Under the guidance of your elders, you will definitely be able to do better.
