How to make homemade tofu with preserved meat

1. Put the tofu in the refrigerator for half a day, take it out and drain it, then cut it into 0.5cm thick cubes

2. Cut the green pepper into strips, cut the ginger into shreds, cut the garlic into pieces, wash the bacon, steam it for 20 minutes, slice it and rinse it with water until the saltiness is moderate.

3. Cut the tofu diagonally into triangles, heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, and fry the tofu until the bottom is golden brown.

4. Turn the tofu over and fry until the bottom is golden brown. Remove and drain the oil.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add dried chili peppers, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

6. Add bacon, fry until fat comes out, add green pepper and fry until fragrant

7. Add tofu and stir fry evenly

8. Add the broth, bring to a boil over high heat, add pepper, salt, and MSG, then simmer over medium heat until the soup thickens and serve.
