How to make hot pot in winter

The preparation of winter health hot pot is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1. Soak the chicken feet and ribs you bought in clean water for a while and wash them clean.

2. Pour cold water, spareribs and chicken feet into the pot, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and bring to a boil. After blanching, remove from the pot and wash with warm water.

3. Prepare ginger, knotted green onions, angelica, red dates, and wolfberries.

4. Bring the water to a boil (or use boiling water), put the spareribs and chicken feet into the pot, add some white vinegar and soybean oil, and add the ingredients prepared in step 3. Bring to a boil over high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the ribs are cooked through.

5. Prepare vegetables while the soup is simmering. Enoki mushroom.

6. Prepare the Chinese cabbage.

7. Prepared lettuce.

8. Tofu fruit and ham sausage.

9. Soak the vermicelli. Slice the carrots.

10. After the ribs are stewed, add wolfberry and salt. Add the prepared vegetables and start eating.
