1. Add sushi vinegar to the pearl rice while it is still hot, mix well, and let it cool for later use.

2. Beat the eggs and fry them into egg skins

4. Prepare a square rice ball mold (including: base, frame, cover) and cut the ham, 2 pieces of egg skin, and 6 pieces of seaweed into the same size as the base.
