9. Add corn kernels and a large bowl of water and bring to a boil (the amount of water does not need to be too much, just estimate that the water can cover 2/3 of the tofu after it is put into the pot)

10. Add the drained tofu cubes and gently shake the pot to coat the tofu evenly with the soup.

11. Cook over medium heat until the soup is dry, shaking the pot carefully during the process. Turn to high heat before serving and sprinkle in chicken stock and water starch to thicken.

12. Turn off the heat and carefully transfer the tofu along the edge of the pot into a large plate.

13. Sprinkle some chopped green onions for garnish
