How to make three-flavor tofu

Nowadays, many office workers bring their own lunch. Although it’s not very good, it’s enough to make people in the office envious. Now we will introduce to you the three-fresh tofu puff. If you study it carefully, you won’t have to envy others in the future.

1. Add minced ginger, salt, cornstarch, soy sauce, pepper and other seasonings into the minced meat.

2. Stir vigorously in one direction with chopsticks and marinate for ten minutes.

3.Open the tofu bubble.

4.Put the marinated meat filling in the middle of the bean curd.

5. Use the same method to put the meat filling in the middle of other tofu puffs.

6. Prepare other ingredients, cut bamboo shoots and mushrooms into pieces, tear black fungus into small pieces; cut green onions and ginger into shreds; chop shallots into fine pieces.

7. Coat the cut part of the tofu with cornstarch.

8. Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of oil.

9. Place the flour-coated side down into the oil pan.

10. Fry to let the tofu bubble set.

11. Serve all the fried tofu puffs.

12. Add shredded ginger and green onion with the remaining oil in the pan and stir-fry.

13. After stir-frying until fragrant, add the prepared bamboo shoots, mushrooms and black fungus slices.

14. Stir-fry together for a few times.

15. Add the freshly fried tofu and stir-fry together.

16. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

17. Add appropriate amount of water and cook together.

18. After boiling, simmer over high heat until the sauce thickens and add appropriate amounts of salt, pepper and other seasonings.

19. Place on a plate;

20. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
