How to make vegetarian Chinese burgers

Every time you visit friends or colleagues’ homes, you’ll find that they all have one or two specialties. But every time it was my turn, I was always short of money. You look particularly embarrassed like this, don't you? So, for the sake of your dignity, come and learn from me how to make a vegetarian Chinese burger now.

1.1 Cut the vegetables into thin strips (mine was a bit thick), blanch in hot water and set aside (if you don’t blanch them, you will have to stir-fry them for a longer time later).

2.2 Slice the steamed buns into slices about 1cm thick.

3.1 Take a bowl, beat the eggs, add appropriate amount of starch and water, then add appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and mix well.

4.2 Chop the green onion into small pieces and set aside.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil temperature reaches 80% hot, dip both sides of the steamed bread slices evenly in the egg liquid, put them into the pan, and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.

6. If there is some oil left in the pan, add the scallion segments and stir-fry for a while; then add the vegetables that have been boiled in hot water and stir-fry evenly; if there is any remaining egg liquid, add it and stir-fry together to avoid waste (it is also okay if it has other uses).

7. When the dish is cooked, add salt, pepper, vinegar and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and serve.

8. Spread ketchup on the inside of the steamed bun (you can add other sauces according to your personal preference), and put the freshly fried shredded vegetables in the middle. It tastes so good~~~
